Where did my download go?
If you downloaded a training tool or other item from the store but can't seem to find where it went, please follow these instructions to re-download your item:
- Click on the My Account button, located in the Member Center at the top of the right navigation.
- Sign in as a Registered User, since you have already downloaded an item.
- Scroll down to the Order/Billing History section.
- RIGHT click on the title you want—it should be underlined in the Status column.
- Click on Save Target then save to you local computer.
- Repeat steps 5 & 6 above for each item in your order.
